Brann secured an important win against Sarpsborg 08 in the Eliteserien with 4-1, thanks to goals from Markus Haaland and Bård Finne. The match was played at Brann Stadium, and it was a big win for the home team. Brann took control of the match early and created the biggest chances in the first half. Just before the break, Denzel de Roeve beautifully scored 1-0. After the break, Sarpsborg woke up, and Sondre Ørjasæter equalized.
